Established in 2008, Skill Circuit was born from the shared frustrations of being an enthusiastic PADI pro, willing to teach PADI Scuba & EFR courses but unable to break into the world of secure and regular work.

Having worked for many dive operations over the past decade, we also understand the challenges felt by dive operators in finding good quality staff that are reliable and have all of the pre-requisite qualifications, insurance and other legislative requirements. There is nothing worse for a dive business than to turn away eager student divers because the instructor was sick or was unavailable at short notice.

Skill Circuit aims to resolve these common problems to bring balance to both the PADI Professional and Dive Operators, pursuing excellence in diver satisfaction through high quality, reliable PADI pros.
